Kindergarten End of Year Show
Hi Mom!
There was only one afternoon kindergarten class this year, but this group LOVED to sing, so it really didn't matter that there were only 20 kids on stage for this afternoon's show. Always singing this bunch -- at snack time, on the playground, any opportunity they could find. So cute! They were totally in their element performing for the parents today, that's for sure.

Photo Contest
A friend in town was organizing an agricultural photo contest this month. She saw a picture that I'd posted on Facebook of Memere's peonies (transplanted from the farm in Lisbon before it was sold), and encouraged me to submit it. She was also looking for entries from children, so both Aiden & Bree submitted photos. Brienne ended up taking second place in the under 18 category for the following photograph (berries from our garden). She won an herb garden, and a couple of tickets to the 4H Fair later this summer. Way to go Brienne!

High Tea
Today Bree & I had our second annual High Tea with the Ghai ladies. We tried a different place this year -- The Tea Leaf in Waltham.
Hallie and Margo joined us again this year.
The girls were much more mature and better behaved than they were a year ago.
.....but perhaps still a *little* silly. Maybe a couple more years until we try the Boston Harbor Hotel. ;-)
The owner of the Tea Leaf had a miniature china tea set for the girls to serve Hallie and Margo their very own tea. Super cute!
