Surprise Visit

Surprise visit from Bree's friend Morgan at the pool today.  "Mo" has been in Maine all summer, and was visiting with her neighbors who belong to the pool club.  Was a little tricky getting Bree away from here today, so we could head up to Maine ourselves!

Wayland Meet

It was great day for a meet vs. Wayland today!  Bree took 2nd in freestyle and 3rd for her team's relay.  Aiden took 3rd in freestyle and 1st for his team's relay.  Bree would have taken 2nd and Aiden 3rd in backstroke, but they were both swimming exhibition only in that event.  So proud of their continued improvement!

He might not have been able to place for backstroke, but he was the winner in his heat!  Can you tell that he's pleased??  LOL!

Percy Jackson

The library summer programming for teens and tweens (apparently Aiden is a "tween" now) included a fun Percy Jackson event with sword fighting.  Percy Jackson is a very popular book series right now with the adolescent crowd.  Aiden was in his glory.
