2 1/2 Years Old?!?!

It's hard to believe our "baby" boy is 2 1/2 years old today.... Where has the time gone??? No longer is he satisfied with us blowing bubbles to entertain him as he sits and watches. Now he has to do the bubble blowing all by himself.

Our little monkey also wants to swing from the monkey bars... Seriously?? He can't possibly be old enough for that....can he??

And no more baby swing for our big boy....

....his little sister gets to enjoy that now.....

He climbs up his ladder, unassisted....

....and is fearless when it comes to his slide (a big change from the fall).

Brienne loves to watch him run around and play (when she's not eating her swing, that is....).

He takes us for digger rides, and bus rides and repair truck rides. On this fine day, we were simply going to the grocery store.

Have we mentioned his ability to run?? Both feet off the ground these days. Yikes! I think it might be time to ensure that the first aid kit is fully stocked...

And most of the time, he's a really great big brother.

That's probably why Brienne is his number one fan!

Mommy went to visit without us, because we have boogies. Hopefully we'll get to meet him next time we go to Maine. Isn't he handsome?? Oh yeah -- by the way -- those other 2 people are our Uncle Barrio and Auntie Meg (baby Joseph's Daddy and Mommy).
