This is Brienne finishing up her very first bottle while waiting for an ultrasound at Emerson Hospital. (Took her a while to figure out what to do with it!) Because she was breech, it is standard procedure to check for hip dysplasia between 4 and 6 weeks of age. We are happy to report that her hips are just fine!
Here's a side-by-side of how our little munchkin has grown in 6 weeks. The first picture was taken the day she arrived home from the hospital (4 days old). The second picture (also arriving home from the hospital -- in the same outfit that she originally came home in) was taken at 6 weeks old. She didn't make it home in the cute dress above, since she peed all over it during the ultrasound!
