Technically we missed the first swim meet while away on vacation, but it sort of worked out nicely since today's meet was at home. Having it be at our own pool definitely lowered the kids' anxiety levels (and made it much easier for us to get to, since our bodies are still on West Coast time....).
Job well done by both kids today!!
