Lots to see and do in Bend on the 4th of July. Nan took Aiden to a book sale at the library in the morning (right up his alley!); then the rest of us joined them downtown for a festival in the park. There was live music, food trucks, local vendors (bought some fun stuff, including a pair of gorgeous handcrafted earrings and a couple of water bottle slings), and various other entertainment such as the trapeze artists in the photo below:
Later in the day, we strolled over to Auntie Kelly and Michael's new house for dinner. It's so great having them in the same neighborhood as Nan & Pop, now!
